The Angenieux 7-81mm T2.4 HR was the last Super 16mm zoom built by Angenieux in 1994. It covers an incredible nearly 12x zoom range from an impressively wide and fast 7mm T2.4, while still being quite compact and lightweight.

The lens is very sharp, and extremely well corrected for aberrations. It’s ideal for motion picture film capture, but will also work really well for digital, utilizing ARRI’s 2K S16 option on Alexa 35 for example.
