At 800mm, this is our longest prime lens. It’s smaller and lighter-weight than you’d expect for this focal length. It was modified to have a PL mount and a new circualr iris. Focus is internal, but it’s on a hand-wheel, so it’s best to pull focus on the lens.

Canon FD telephoto lenses are still some of the sharpest and best performing lenses even compared to modern lenses. It’s perfect for film or digital applications.
