The ARRI / Zeiss Master Macro is engineered to the highest standards. It has a fast T2 maximum aperture, and is capable of 1:1 reproduction ratio. It produces sharp, contrast images, with punchy saturated colors. It’s a perfect match for our Master Primes, but will compliment any set of lenses if you are just looking to get close.

The Leica R 60mm T2.9 and 100mm T2.9 (pictured) are very sharp, and extremely well corrected for all aberrations. Bokeh is very smooth, never busy. In addition to specialty macro shooting situations, these lenses are perfectly capable in normal shooting situations too.

The Irix 150mm T2.9 is an excellent choice for macro, especially tabletop work. The 150mm focal length allows you to be further from your subject, while still being able to achieve a 1:1 magnification ratio, perfect for the most demanding macro applications. The lens is very sharp, and it’s extremely well corrected for aberrations. Breathing is also very well controlled. Despite its affordable price, this is a proper cinema lens, with geared iris and focus rings, long focus throw, and PL mount.

We have full field and split field diopters, as well as Leica MacroLux APO Diopters. They conveniently attach to the front of any lens with a 95mm front diameter. Since most our macro lenses have 95mm fronts, you can use them with any macro lens we have. The clamp-on design is also easier when using matte boxes, and it insures the optics are perfectly centered and as close to the lens’ front element as possible. The result is unbelievable close focus, as well as the best possible image quality.
