We have updated our RED V-Raptor packages. We now offer the new accessories from Creative Solutions. These might be the first accessories designed for a RED camera that truly feel like they are part of the camera. The entire system is so cohesive, clean, simple, and well thought out. The Gold Mount plate is rock solid, and with the new top plate offers plenty of power distro where you need it. The Expander Blade inputs are so easy to access, including 3-Pin R/S. The top handle can be small, or extended. The whole system is very intuitive, and extremely modular. We have plenty of other options for cage/mounting/rigging available upon request.

We are thrilled to offer RED’s new PL mount with integrated Electronic Variable ND. This is the same amazing Electronic Variable ND available in the Raptor XL. You have 2-7 stops (ND 0.6 - 2.1) of built-in ND that you can adjust in 1/4, 1/3, or full stop increments! There are two buttons right on the mount (+/-) to quickly and easily adjust it instantly on the fly. You can quickly swap out the Variable ND cartridge for a clear filter when no ND is needed (without removing the mount from the camera). This new mount is a game changer and was previously only possible with Raptor XL. Of course, we also have standard PL mounts, LPL, and many other mount options.

The camera’s new firmware unlocks face detecting auto focus. While this by no means replaces a focus puller, in certain scenarios it can be a life saver. We have adapters and lenses that support AF available upon request.
